One condition: the mission runs itself to completion. from $0.99 when it does — your rate decreases as volume grows. Zero for failures. Zero for wait time. Zero for the infrastructure underneath. Priced on outcomes — because when the mission runs autonomously, the result is all you are paying for.

WHY NOT PER SEAT?

A workflow that spans a healthcare company, a referring provider, a payer, a clearinghouse, and a fulfilment system has no meaningful seat to count.

Per-seat pricing assumes the value is delivered to a person who uses a tool. In a multi-party operational workflow, the value is delivered to the business as an outcome — across multiple internal roles and multiple external parties, none of whom are the natural owner of a seat.

The mission is the only unit that makes structural sense. One workflow. One outcome. One price — regardless of how many agents, steps, API calls, or parties were involved in getting it there.

Simple by design.

Three rules. No exceptions.

A mission starts free.

When an order, claim, loan application, or supply disruption triggers an agent mission, no charge is incurred. The platform executes — collecting documents, verifying eligibility, running compliance checks, coordinating agents — entirely at PLRX's risk. Until the mission settles, the meter is at zero.

from $0.99 triggers on settlement.

When the mission reaches its defined terminal success state — billing status: accepted, payment posted, loan funded, claim closed — a single charge of from $0.99 is recorded. One mission, one charge, one price. A mission that required one agent interaction and a mission that required fourteen are billed identically.

No settlement. No charge.

If a mission fails — a claim is denied, a loan is declined, a fulfilment is rejected, a substitution is cancelled — there is no charge. If a mission is abandoned before it settles, there is no charge. The outcome-based model means PLRX only earns when you do.

What "settled" means
in each workflow.

Settlement is defined per workflow type at deployment. The definition is specific, binary, and unambiguous — a mission either reached the terminal success state or it did not. There is no partial settlement, no graduated billing, and no judgment call about whether a mission "counts."

from $0.99 covers everything
the mission consumed.

Included in every mission

PLRX Durable State Machine execution

Full durable workflow execution — persistent state, deterministic replay, idempotency keys, configurable retries. However many times the workflow replays, it counts once.

All A2A agent coordination

Every message/send, every tasks/get, every status update between agents. Multi-agent orchestration included regardless of how many specialists are involved.

All model inference

Claude Sonnet / Opus and Gemini Pro calls required to execute the mission — document extraction, reasoning, appeal preparation, fraud analysis. All included in the from $0.99.

All external API calls

EDI transactions, NPI Registry queries, ISO ClaimSearch lookups, credit bureau pulls, clearinghouse submissions, payer eligibility checks. All included.

WORM audit log

Complete, immutable mission record — every agent decision, every AI prompt, every state transition. HIPAA-grade audit trail included in the per-mission price.

Mission Control visibility

Real-time mission tracking in Mission Control — execution log, pending watchlist, agent health, cost share breakdown — included at no additional charge.

Never charged

One price per mission — however many actions it takes

A mission that makes 30 API calls, validates 5 documents, routes 3 approvals, and submits 2 EDI transactions is still one mission. One price. The number of actions PLRX takes inside a mission does not affect what you pay.

·

Wait time

A mission suspended for three weeks waiting for a physician to return a signed document accrues zero charges during the wait. Duration is irrelevant to the outcome price.

·

Failed or rejected missions

A medical supply request rejected by order fulfilment system. A loan application declined by the credit committee. An insurance claim denied with cause. A substitution cancelled by the customer. None billed.

·

Retries and replays

Deterministic workflow replays after a worker restart are not billed. Activity retries within the PLRX Durable State Machine are not billed. Only the outcome counts.

·

Reminder loops

A 48-hour document reminder loop that fires twenty times before the provider responds costs nothing. The mission is billed once on settlement, not per reminder sent.

·

Infrastructure

Dedicated Kubernetes environment, storage, networking, and observability infrastructure are included in the per-mission price. No infrastructure line items on the invoice.

·

Setup and onboarding

No professional services fee to deploy the agent fleet, configure integrations, or stand up your environment. Provisioning is automated.

One line item per mission.
Full stop.

A typical Healthcare mission runs for three minutes and fifty-three seconds of active execution, involves four specialist agents, processes 847 AI tokens across three model calls, makes eleven A2A task delegations, submits two EDI transactions, and waits eleven days for a provider to return a signed Face-to-Face form.

The invoice for that mission shows one line item. from $0.99. Nothing for the eleven days. Nothing for the 847 tokens. Nothing for the EDI submissions. Nothing for the eleven A2A operations. Everything absorbed into the outcome price.

The mission that runs cleanly in four minutes and the mission that requires a 48-hour reminder loop sent six times before the provider responds — identical invoice.
